Geekery abound!!

Hi everyone,

Tis a brand new sparkly week :)

I have been at work hence the quiet spell although I have managed to do a bit of DIY on some furniture in my craft room. 

My mum had given me an old wardrobe to help with storage which I decided to give a makeover. I'm so pleased with the results. I have a few more bits to do in my room which I shall be making to match the wardrobe :)

Anyway... Wardrobes aside! This week I am slipping completely into the realms of geekery and am currently designing something a bit special. I watch a documentary this week about super fans (I won't tell you what they were fans of as it'll give my design away!) 

My mind started ticking and my next doll idea popped into my head :) All I will say is that my husband should be very pleased as he is a super fan also! ;)

I shall update you all as and when I have something to show!

Ps... I have had several comments on the artwork in my craft room...no, I didn't paint it. It was a very special gift from my brother and sister in law and I absolutely adore it. Sorry! I have had many requests from people asking me to paint one for them, and although I could recreate it, it isn't my work and I won't copy someone else's work ever. Xxxx
